  • The practice currently participates in-network with Aetna and Optum (UnitedHealth) insurance plans.

    For those out of network, a comprehensive invoice (commonly referred to as a Superbill) can be provided. These Superbills can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement under your out-of-network coverage.

    When reaching out to your insurance provider to inquire about your out-of-network mental health coverage, it's important to ask the following questions:

    1. Does my insurance plan offer coverage for out-of-network mental health services? If so, what is the coverage percentage or reimbursement rate?

    2. Is there an annual deductible for out-of-network mental health benefits? If yes, what is the amount of the deductible, and has it been met?

    3. Does my plan have a limit on the number of therapy sessions it covers per year? If so, what is the maximum number of sessions allowed?

    4. What is the coverage amount per therapy session with an out-of-network provider? This information will help you understand the portion of the session fee that may be reimbursed by your insurance company.

  • During the first appointment, we conduct an assessment to gather detailed information about your background and therapeutic requirements. The fee for this 53-minute session is $190. This session enables us to comprehend your individual circumstances better and formulate a customized treatment strategy aligned with your objectives.

    After the initial evaluation, subsequent therapy sessions will be invoiced at a rate of $175 for each 50-minute session.

    Numerous insurance plans offer coverage for out-of-network therapy sessions, which can greatly ease the financial strain of self-payment. We suggest reaching out to your insurance provider to ascertain the precise particulars of your coverage.

  • At present, I solely conduct telehealth sessions utilizing a platform compliant with HIPAA regulations. Through my experience, I've discovered that virtual sessions also facilitate an intimate atmosphere for sessions and foster rapport, essential for the client-clinician relationship. Additionally, it provides the convenience of scheduling sessions to seamlessly fit into your daily routine.

  • In order to adjust the timing of an appointment, which entails securing a designated time slot specifically for your use, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide such notice will result in a $125 fee for missed or canceled appointments.

    For appointments scheduled on Mondays, cancellations must be made by Thursday.

    Your credit card details will be utilized for processing this payment. By furnishing your credit card information or booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this policy. Please note that insurance providers do not cover expenses incurred due to missed appointments.
